Administrative manager who wants to help influence development in one of Scania's most exciting cities?
As an administrative manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a business that has a central role in the city's infrastructure, service and operations. You will have personnel and budget responsibility for the administration's 450 employees and lead the business through three department heads. You also get an important role inThe city manager's management team and contributes to the development of the city as a whole.

The assignment
As an administrative manager in technology and leisure, your task will be to lead and develop the business, employees and create a culture where collaboration, commitment and responsibility are encouraged to promote a positive work environment and deliver high-quality services. You will be an important collaboration partner for other administrations, organizations and collaboration with external collaboration partners and.

Qualifications
You have extensive experience in leading operations and organizations and you have implemented changes that have produced good results. You have gained your experience in the public sector, either in administration, companies or in the private sector with the advantage of consulting companies. You have a good understanding of operational areas within VA, infrastructure, community properties and facilities.

You have a relevant background and preferably a university degree.
