Osby Municipality is looking for a committed and development-oriented administrative manager for the Children and Education Administration. As head of administration, you have budget and performance responsibility and lead the business together with two area managers and approx. 350 permanent employees with the help of good support functions such as administration, operations controller and HR.

Your task will be to continue the development journey that has begun and build a strong and well-functioning organization. With a clear direction, you drive and follow up quality and improvement work to ensure that the operations maintain a continued high standard.

You work closely with politicians, other administrations, external partners and stakeholders and contribute to collaborations that benefit the municipality's goals and vision. You report to the municipal director and are part of the municipality's management team.

We are looking for you who are stimulated by leading in change and are passionate about developing your employees and the business. You have several years of leadership experience and the habit of leading other leaders. Distinctive in your leadership is your ability to inspire and create participation and motivation among employees. You are passionate about leadership and the desire to continue developing the organization with good results for children and students.

Your understanding of working in a politically controlled organization is good. You are confident and clear as a leader and create a good structure with good conditions for employees to succeed. You have a relevant academic background.
