Your main mission and areas of responsibility:
 

• The role includes personnel responsibility and work environment responsibility for employees. 

• You have an important role in creating a good working climate in your team and ensuring that efficiency, profitability and quality are achieved at all levels.

• You have financial responsibility - cost and revenue responsibility with budget, forecast and monthly reconciliations.  

• You have a commercial responsibility and create conditions for the business by having the right conditions to be able to deliver with a high degree of customer satisfaction.

• You lead projects and have daily contact with customers in the municipal and private market.
