Finance manager based in Malmö
As Finance Manager, you will have a key function and responsibility for leading and developing a department of 12 employees, of which 9 are direct reports. You get the opportunity to lead a team who are passionate economists, and experienced in their field with the task of supporting the business's 25 facilities/laundries.
Your role will be to be responsible for the company's accounting and reporting in close collaboration with your team, controllers and the finance director. You have good contact with accountants, authorities, insurance companies and banks. Your role entails an overall responsibility while you are expected to act both strategically and operationally. You report to the finance director. A fantastically nice and profitable company with high quality accounting both in terms of detail level and ongoing per month.
What does the role require?
As financial manager, you will have an overall responsibility that requires both strategic and operational support. You are ambitious and come into your own best in a culture that is prestige-free and where you are not afraid to help each other and roll up your sleeves.

Who are you?
As a leader, you have no prestige and have at least five years of experience in a leading role. You are stimulated by taking responsibility and by encouraging and developing your employees. You have a good habit of working strategically and operationally and can skillfully move between them.
You will come into your own best in a larger complex organization and probably have your experience from an international organization. You have a bachelor's degree in economics, with an advantage and focus on accounting As a person, you are analytical, committed, curious and have an ability to see the big picture and you have a mind for details. You are stimulated by complexity and enjoy being in an organization that is market leading and at the forefront.
All employees in the team are located and work at Eli's headquarters in Malmö.
