Osby municipality is now looking for a committed and strategic financial manager who wants to contribute to driving development towards Osby's vision "on track and naturally close".

As Head of Finance, your task will be to lead and develop a competent team, which currently consists of four economists. You will be responsible for continuing to develop and streamline the municipality's financial management. You ensure that financial processes and routines are robust, efficient and adapted to the needs of the business.
You will have the opportunity to, together with your team, continue to drive the development work within the finance function. Preferably by daring to be creative and curious about using new technologies, to improve financial processes, analysis and even better basis for decision-making. You report to the municipal director and are part of the municipality's management team.

We are looking for you who currently work as a leader and are passionate about leadership, development and finance. You have a good knowledge of financial management and have several years of experience in personnel management. Your curiosity contributes to finding new solutions that save time and make the business more efficient. You advantageously have experience from a politically controlled organization.
​
As a leader, you are committed, inspiring and create participation and motivation. Your innovative approach is happy to challenge traditional ways of working with a desire to improve and streamline. Your ability to communicate and be educational creates conditions for collaboration between different stakeholders in the organization.
You are stimulated by working strategically and long-term but are good at moving between strategic and operational levels. You can easily see the big picture and prioritize the right actions.
