Finsam MittSkåne is now looking for a union manager who can lead and develop our operations. Are you a driven and committed leader who wants to make a difference?

In the role of union manager, you have overall budget and performance responsibility as well as personnel responsibility for 6 - 7 project managers. You coordinate and follow up projects, are the driving force in finding new projects that create progress in the business. You work on behalf of the board, execute and build trust through openness and transparency.
 

In the role of union manager, you will work together with passionate employees and stakeholders and develop new methods and projects in line with our goals and vision. As a leader, you inspire and engage your employees. You like to stay up to date by monitoring the world around you and collaborating with others. In this independent role, you will have great opportunities to influence and shape the future of our organization.

We are looking for a relationship-oriented leader with good communication skills and getting things done.
You have previous experience as a leader and have preferably worked with a board, committee or equivalent and have a good understanding of finances.

As a person, you have good collaboration skills, are relationship-oriented, structured and take your own initiative. Your formal background should include a suitable academic education and you should have practical experience as a leader and good habits of leading an organization.
